I have been using Vodacom for the past 2 years and I have recently just upgraded my contract with them hoping that they will have better service for their high paying contract customers. Over the past 24 months I will receive an sms that my data is finished and out of bundle charges are now going to apply, then I will quickly buy more data to avoid high charges. Yesterday I did not receive that sms and their vodacom app was also showing that I still had data and matter of I did not, so I kept on downloading thinking that I still had a lot of data, but in reality I had run out, I was being billed out of bundle rates now my bill is R 1800, money in really do not have. Now I must suffer for their faulty system and app that showed me. I am regretting I ever had to upgrade, it's unfortunate that I am binded in this contract for another 2 years. 2 years of going broke every month because of vodacom
