FAILURE TO ADD DATA BUNDLE ON UPGRADE CONTRACT

At the beginning of May 2013, I went into the Vodacom Lakeside Mall shop&upgraded my contact to an iPhone5 with 120MB data. I actually sent a wonderful compliment for the service I received! However, I SPECIFICALLY requested an ADDITIONAL 1GB data bundle to be added onto this contract. This was spoken about in GREAT detail-I had my mother with me who recalls exactly the same. I recall signing for this ON the contract. I received an SMS about a day after upgrading my contract that I was out of bundle-So I called the Vodacom Business line NUMEROUS times on SEVERAL occasions to enquire about whether my 1GB bundle had been aded - EACH AND EVERY time I called, consultants could either NOT assist due to system faults or said they would get back to me! NEVER happened! TODAY, I received an SMS that my account was exceedingly high. My account is sitting at R3500!!! Now I have learnt that NO bundle was EVER added to my contract!!! Richard (store manager) says there is no proof that I ever requested a bundle be added. Jonathan (consultant) says that he told me this could only be added once my SIM swap has gone through-THIS IS NOT TRUE! This issue had better be rectified with IMMEDIATE effect!
