I wanted to upgrade my existing contract online, I accidentally without knowing opened a new line on 15 October 2013. I then phoned Vodacom and told them I want an upgrade and not a new line witch they then cancelled. in January I got my Vodacom statement showing there is a new line opened on my account activated in December 2013. I phoned Vodacom and asked what is going on and they responded that its a line and they will investigate it but in the meantime I MUST pay the account witch at that time was already two months payable. I then decided that I am not in the mood for all the hassles and told Vodacom I will keep the contract and pay the amount, they must please just send me the phone and simcard. Vodacom then responded that they can not send me the phone because it is a case but they will cancel the case and then I can apply for a new contract. they cancelled the line off my account and when I applied for the new contract they now say I cannot get a new contract because I am not a good payer. I have an existing contract with Vodacom now for five years and never had a problem! can someone please tell me what to do now
