On 14 Nov 2012 I went to Vodacom the Grove and inquired about internet 3g in my area. The consultant Angelina helped me and showed me a map on her computer indicating that Vodacom 3g was available in my area. I applied for a Vodacom 3g Contract with a 3g router modem. When I got home and installed the software and wanted to use the 3g router modem i found that there was no 3g reception. I went back to Vodacom The Grove and asked them to cancel the contract because they gave me false information regarding 3g reception in my area. I handed back the 3g modem and Angelina who helped me signed for receiving it back. The contract was not cancelled as requested and I get billed for it every month.
