MTN rips off BlackBerry users!!!

As a prepaid MTN customer, I recently purchased airtime to the value of R180, loaded it on my phone and then called the number*141*11*1# to reconnect to the BlackBerry BIS services, which usually charges about R59 per month. Much to my surprise the service provider deducted R140 from my account instead of the usual R59. I called the service provider (MTN) and spoke to a consultant, Devan Isaacs who told me that it was not their problem that I called the wrong number. He said that service was no longer in use. When i enquired as to when that became effective, he responded that it was recent. I informed him that i was not aware as MTN had not informed me via sms nor email. He initially said that they did and when i asked for proof, he said that they didnt have any and there was no way that MTN could know who all its subscribers were and what type of phone they were using. He then said that there were advertisements on the TV and radio and i should have listened to it. He was becoming defensive and repeating himself all the time about the media advertisements. I asked for my money of R140 to be credited but he refused to do so.
