I submitted my phone to be repaired on the 2/1/2013. Service level agreement 2/3 working days. 7th I followed up as got on response and was told by the repair centre no job card was created. Went back to MTN to collect phone as I was told phone was sent back MNT on the 7th already and was recieved by Mikyle Eloff. I was told that the phone is not there as it was sent back to repairs for a second time as the phone came back unrepaired. I requested a courier waybill as proof that the phone was sent away and they hand me a waybel only with the senders details (who is Mikyle Eloff), no date, time or courier signature. Found this very strange. I was told that Mikyle was going to contact me today (14/01/2012) at 9am with feedback but still have not heard anything. I requested a managers contact number but cannot get hold of him on the number given to me. The repair centre confirmed that they do NOT have the phone and mtn claims the sent off the phone. Either my phone is lost betwenn mnt and the repair centre or the phone is still at mnt and has not been sent off for repairs since 02/01/2012!!!
