I have a contract with Autopage and the phone that was supplied was send in for repairs about two months ago and they replaced the phone with a new phone which took almost 3 months. Since I received the new handset it has gone to the store on six occasions for software problems which could not be resolved and was advised that it would have to go in for repairs. It was stated that I need my phone back urgently as I am on the road for business and receive all my e-mails on the phone.! was assured by the sales manager by the name of Ian that they have a new repair centre and repairs should not take longer than 14 days. Today is exactly 20 days and and if i do not phone the store I do not get a response from any person. This morning I was told that the repair centre needs the waybill number does this mean that my phone has been lost. Phoned Autopage call centre and they told me that the repair centre has asked for proof of purchase for the handset from the store, would be interesting to see who is lying to me.
Why should i be paying my monthly subscriptions when Autopage cannot even give me a phone that works. Surely Autopage is in breach of contract. Will move all my contracts.
