I'm disappointed with regard to the efficiency of telkom to resolve problems especially with regard to residential fault fixing. I logged a fault online on the 7th of January 2012 and still not resolved.
Whats worse is they have system which logs your fault and then no feedback. Whats the point. I tried calling and after 4 minutes speaking to a machince and entering the phone number a few times the call centre just rings.
This is not the first time they have taken such a long time to resolve a fault.
