Very upset Client

Cell C have had my Blackberry for repairs for 2 months, the first time it got sent in they call me to let me know it is ready collection and been repaired. we go and collect the phone get it home and the same problem happens again. I take the phone back they send it in again phone me let me know its ready to collect get it home the repair note said the make of phone is a Nokia and not a Blackberry but never mind that it is still not fixed. My phone is less than 12 months old I asked that they tell the repair centre if they have not been able to fix my phone the first two times then they are surly not going to fix it this time so the phone is under warranty I would like a new phone. they told Me they cant do that as it is not my decision its theirs. I called the Call centre asking them to put me thought to the repair centre so I can follow up and would not as my husband was not standing next to me, I signed the phone in for repair I signed to collect the phone but they would not let me make a phone call, asked the agent for the number and she then give me a number that is not in service. all i want is what i am paying for a working phone with BBM, Internet service and I am not.
