No feedback! Poor Customer Service!

Good day
I dropped my phone in for repairs on the 08 December 2013 at Capegate Megastore as phone did not want to restart and had switched off. This after trying to drop it three times before already and not being provided with correct information on what was needed for the phone to be handed in for repairs by the lady from the store. After following up with them three times on telephone on status of repairs I was advised to contact the repair centre. (How is this my job?) I then contacted repair centre and was advised by them that to date they have not received by my phone and I was to contact the store and request the collection number for the phone. (Again not my job!) I contacted the store again and they told to me check with repair centre again??? I called later and then they confirmed phone still at store but clerk that booked phone in will be in on late shift. Someone will get back to me, still waiting...
