Where is my Samsung cellphone... Repair taking 2

At the beginning of April I handed my 6 month old Samsung Siii to Vodacom Brooklyn to be repaired. They sent it to the repair centre and about a week later I got a quote. I asked for banking details as you have to pay upfront. Despite 3 requests to repair centre I did not get details. 2 weeks later I am told by Brooklyn that my phone is there, unrepaired, as they are changing repair companies and have as such recalled all their repairs. On 30 April I am notified by new repair centre in Potchefstroom (which is crazy) that my repair will be R2000.27 and take 7 to 10 days. On that same day I pay it into their account and email proof to them. I use the job number as ref clearly as requested. Each time I call I am told they are working on it. On Friday 24 May I call AGAIN and am told the phone went to Brooklyn on 13th. Two mins later I am told it was an error phone is being dispatched that day and due to me not paying for repair they are, after 30 days returning it to Brooklyn unrepaired??? I again send them proof of payment for money they received A MONTH PREVIOUSLY. Why when I called to find out all month how far they were was I told they were working on it. 8 weeks???
