I have an Xperia Arc cellphone (on contract) which is constantly giving me problems since December 2012. I sent the phone in for the second time to the repair centre for a cracked housing, however the phone was not repaired but instead the software was just reloaded. The phone was given to MTN's Head Office which also did not call me to say that the phone was back from repairs. MTN said that they cannot give me a replacement but if they don't repair the phone what am I supposed to do. MTN has also not delivered the Android 4.0 software upgrade for this phone which was released in 2012. This phone has been sent for repairs 3 times and I am unhappy with MTN for their poor repair service and lack of alternatives to repairs if there is a recurring fault with your cellphone.
