I booked my phone in for repairs on the 11th Dec 2012 at the Cell C Cresta shop and to this day i haven't received my phone back. I followed up with the Cresta shop and they were passing the buck saying its with the repair centre. After following with the repair centre they told me that the phone shows on the system that it has been booked for repairs but it hasn't reached the repair centre. The guys at the Cresta shop then told me that they suspect that the phone has been and their busy investigating. I was then told that the phone has been found and its with RAM the courier service. A tracking number R00987203 shows that its been out for delivery since the 30 Jan 2013 and to this date repair centre haven't received the phone. RAM is also not able to trace the phone. I'm frustrated i've been using my resources to follow up and trace my phone as none of the guys at Cresta shop have been of much help. I've been dealing with Nelson, Bafana and Lindani. They even refused to give me the regional managers numbers saying they will sort it out but i doubt it will be sorted. This is a pathetic service and i suspect my phone is within Cell C.
