My phone has been freezing more regularly with incoming phone calls and when trying to phone voice mail. This is no way for me to conduct business. I went to an Mtn store and spoke to a shop assistant, who informed me that my upgrade is in April, but they suggested I phone Mtn call centre (808) to explain the problems I'm having with my phone, they should be able to authorise and earlier upgrade. Upon phoning this service centre I got nothing but unfriendly and rude service. To make things worse, every person that I have spoken to at Mtn with regard to my phone problem has given me a different story. I have been back n forth between a Mtn store and the call centre, hearing different things. Surely all Mtn staff should convey the same information to their customers.
After all this I think its time to move to a different service provider!!!
