Good day

i recently upgraded on the 26 may 2013 with cell c . 3 days later the phone started freezing, the phone was ghost dialing so then i took it on the 31.05.2013 to cell c in centurion mall, the agent there informed me i have to many apps open so he installed an application killer, thereafter the phone still continued freezing . i informed the customer services they told me take it into the store any store . i took it on the 4.06.2013 to cell in reds mall and they also informed that i need to go back to the store i upgraded . i have been shanted around, i was told my the agent Ian, on the sunday off my upgrade if the phone freezes and i took it in before the 7 days they would replace the phone . on the 31.05.2013 was within the 7 days and the agent didnt repsond. i am dissatified, as well as i work in a call centre so i have to take time out from work to sort out my personal things, and still be shanted aroud.
