Unacceptable Service

I am a current customer of Nashua Moblie, for more than 3 years, Since my upgrade last year the service has just been pathetic, for over a month I have been taking my blackberry to the store at the Glen and i have been experiencing software problems, and after upgrading the soft ware at least 4 times in store I was advised to take my phone to the service centre in Midrand for a speedy repair as that is where it service centre is. My phone was booked in on the 14.10.2013 and I advised the staff there that I don not have another phone to use and I need my phone asap, its a week later and now I am told by the call centre agents that the turn around time is 30 days and I am not allowed to speak to the repair centre. When i insisted on speaking to manager i conveniently get cut off. Surely it cannot take a month to repair a phone and why was i not told when i went to midrand that the repair centre is elsewhere.
