THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! 2 MONTHS AGO WE CONTACTED TELKOM TO TRANSFER OUR PHONE LINE DUE TO RELOCATING. WE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION SMS. ONE WEEK AGO WE WENT TO THE TELKOM STORE - AND THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE SYSTEM!!! THE ONE SHOP ASSISTANT (WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND HIGHLY IRRITATED) GAVE US THE PHONE IN THE SHOP AND SAID WE MUST CALL THE CALL CENTRE (WHICH WE DID EARLIER THAT MORNING AND WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE). THE WHOLE POINT OF COMING TO THE STORE WAS FOR SOMEONE TO HELP US... NOT THE USELESS CALL CENTRE! ANOTHER ASSISTANT SAID HE CAN SORT THINGS OUT. HE TYPED A FEW THINGS ON THE COMPUTER AND WITH A LOT OF SELF CONFIDENCE TOLD US THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. JUST NOW, WE PHONED THE SHOP TO CONFIRM THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER... WELL, IT WASN'T. I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF TELKOM AND THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE! BESIDES THAT, FOR 4 DAYS WE COULD NOT CONNECT TO OUR WIRELESS DUE TO A PROBLEM WHICH TOOK THE TELKOM ENGINEERS 4 DAYS TO SORT OUT. REALLY... WE CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT BAD SERVICE BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY SERVICE!!! I AM SO ANGRY AT THE MOMENT. TELKOM IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I EVER CAME ACROSS.
