UPGRADE OF CONTRACT

About a month ago someone from 8ta call centre phoned me to inform me that my internet contract is due for upgrade. The person said that when I upgrade I will get a modem with my upgrade. At that moment I was not sure whether I want to upgrade and said to the person I will visit one of their branches. I was informed that if I do the upgrade via a branch, I need to pay R100.

29 May 2013 I visited one of their branches and was informed that this is not the case and that I only need certain documents. I went back 6 June 2013 to the branch and was informed that the upgrade that was promised, cannot be given to me in-store. I have to phone the call centre en upgrade via them.

I phoned the call centre and was informed they cannot help me, I need to phone: 0210017500. The lady told me that I will be phoned within one hour. As I was still waiting for this call, I phoned them again this morning and the person told me that they cannot help me, I have to phone 081180 again! I phone the call centre again, and was told that the persons in-store are lazy and do not want to do their work. I was also informed that the call centre can't do any upgrades. No one can/wants to help.
