I WENT TO MTN KOLLENADE CENTRE... ASKED TO PLEAAAASE UPGRADE MY PHONE AKA BLACKBERRY TORCH... I TOLD THEM, PLEADED, my phone is giving lots of trouble. NOT ONCE did they offer to take it in and help fix it. SO TODAY, not even a MONTH later, my phone decided to WIPE EVERYTHING OFF!!! ALL my numbers, all my personal things!!! EVERYTHING GONE!!! I had to wait to upgrade, i even said i will PAY MORE to do it earlier... I BEGGED!!!
SO WHAT IS MTN GOING TO DO NOW THAT I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING? MY WHOLE BUSINESS IS NOW GONE!! IM LOSING MONEY!!!
