I thought I was one of a few with issues with Virgin Mobile. LOL, good for me - I am not the only one, shame on you Virgin Mobile for upsetting sooo many customers. I think your 'trained' staff have got no idea of the products and the services.
After lines dropping and being forwarded, directly, to the exit - are you happy with our services press 1, are you not satisfied press 2 and wasting my time and my loss of earnings I have come to a conclusion that Virgin mobile does not have a clue on how to manage how to educate or how to be up to date.
After 3 days, waiting for a sim swop, of wasting my time, I finally got hold of someone who knows what is going on. The lengthy conversation led me to realise that they are of no use and they have no ideas of maintaining a working company. I asked the consultant to give me a single reason why I should stick with them, 10 minutes later and after dozens of apologies I was told because of the prices and the services that they offer. VMobile does not offer any of those.
