Virgin Mobile is doing a system upgrade. With the they do not give you your airtime or date or smses for the month. After we have inquired they gave us the airtime, but still no data or smses. Now when we are using up our airtime on data and smses. How is it that you pay for a package that includes a curtain amount of free data and smses as a contract and you dont get it. Virgin Mobile is happy to take your money, but not give you what you pay for. Further more the help desk or client services does not help you and I actually caught her out lying to me.
