My account has been suspended. No one in any vodacom store can tell me why. I have no idea why since my account is debited every month.all the Vodacom staff will tell me in any store is to phone a Vodacom number from a Vodacom phone. How must i do that since my line is suspended??
I would like to claim back all that i have paid and i assume since you have breached the contract it is now cancelled.
