Not Impressed with bad service from Virgin Mobile

I've just received an SMS that i've been handed over to Barrett and Assc for collections. i don't have any account with virgin Mobile. that contract was cancelled with them a year ago because of the the sales counsaltant used to sell the mobile device to me. i never used the device nor did i activate they sim card. i cancelled because i was not impressed. they sent me a cancellation letter which confirmed that the contract has been cancelled and i dont have to pay any fees.

i'm really with Virgin mobile thinking they can milk me for money for services i never used i will not pay anything because i didn't want anything to do with Virgin mobile nor do i want anything to do with them now.

they call centre staff is forever dropping calls in the clients ears. i spoke to a Sbonelo today and he dropped the phone on me without saying anything and it sounded like he had transferred my call and the manner in which he spoke to me with no empathy at all it was as if i was a joke to him.

The worst mobile company ever.
