Someone phoned me Friday 06 December 2013 offering me this wonderful oppertunity for a cellphone contract all is good and well but now to get hold of a sales department for virgin mobile to change my package is most difficult? been holding for more than 25 minutes on a chargeable call? whos paying for that? Me? been asking for someone to give me a call back no luck!!!
