A VM spokes person called me last week to attempt to placate me without offering a solution to the terrible services and over charging that is part and parcel of dealing with Virgin Mobile.
At over R 2.45 a minute or part thereof, Virgin Mobile is milking their customers dry.
Have they not heard of the Consumer Protection Act?
Do they think that they can get away with the exorbitant rates at twice what Cell C charges?
Stand up Virgin and do what's right.
Example: Phone call of 1 min & 5 seconds = R 4.90 charged on contract.
