Virgin Mobile the worst service supplier eve

Virgin has just suddenly decided WITHOUT informing any of their customers that their BIS services are now limited to 100MB pm, resulting in serious cashflow challenges as unforeseen expenses are now incurred and the cost to be able to have service is phenomenal. I requested a statement and a copy of the contract on Monday and today, still nothing was mailed to me, even though I was promised that it would only take 24 hours to reach me. Today I bought a voucher that was invalid when i tried to load it, I phoned Virgin on instruction from the shop where it was purchased, and Virgin is conveniently going to take 24 hours to load my airtime, leaving me without service. This is sooo not the kind of service I was used to. Virgin Mobile, PLEASE step up and get back to the service level I'm used to.
