Ordered a RED Nokia Lumia 920 upgrade at begining of Feb. Still not received and cannot get any responsible person to speak to regarding this so called "BACK ORDER" which takes more than a month. Yet they are advertised so why are they not available. The call centre is useless as is the supervisor in the upgrade call centre. They take your info and dont bother to call back or follow your request to get a SENIOR person to contact you regarding the outstanding delivery and bad service!!
