I am fed up with your incompetence.

I have made payments to Vodacom and account number was incorrect. I have spoken to several people at Vodacom explaining the story. Faxed proof of payments several times to 011 546 8666. I have spoken to accounts and they advised they will go to the printer NOW and collect. I have been informed that this was collected. When this issue was raised AGAIN for the 15th time, I asked to speak to the Team Manager MESHAIK. Once again I faxed this through to 011 546 8666 and directly through to Meshaik's fax number. Proof of this I have. FIX THIS PROBLEM
Make sure we do not have any problems going forward as I don't have anything good to say about Vodacom's client services received over a 3 month period. I am still struggling to get my account sorted. They now want to suspend my account but it is not my fault they don ot update my accoutn details after several times of faxing my proof of payments. come on this is really not on
