Undelivered/missing upgrade

I did an online upgrade with Vodacom, got the confirmation sms stating that my order U475886 has been invoiced and will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Waited the required time, nothing happened. Phoned the call centre, got told that my phone was sent back to them. No reason why and was told that they will get back to me. Nothing happened, again! Phoned the call centre again, got told I must upgrade again. Why?! I'm still waiting for an answer as to why my upgrade was never delivered and why must I upgrade if I already did an upgrade? Tried to upgrade again online, but can't since I have already upgraded and the only message I get is that my order has been placed. Never have I had such appalling service from Vodacom! I'll be forced to cancel my contract if they don't send me my upgrade and I refuse to upgrade again since it's not me who made the mess in the first place!
