Why does it always have to revert to this? Placing a complaint on Hellopeter to get a more senior person in Vodacom to respond?
In short: You upgrade department has now been promising me for a number of days that I can have an upgrade and the process has been followed. Now suddenly, the phone is on back order and every day it is said that they don't know when I can have the upgrade. I would just like to know, do I have to wait another day, another week, month year, decade, century...??? The standard response is: "I don't know".
So please, can somebody senior in Vodacom please tell me, when can I expect the upgrade delivery?
