Vodacom cant do a Simple Upgrade

I am extremely upset with your service, and I would like this escalated immediately.
Whichever agent reads this message, PLEASE ENSURE THIS MESSAGE GOES TO A SENIOR SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER FOR ACTION.

My mobile number and main account is 0827839278. Please use this to call me or communicate with me. I have several lines with Vodacom and I am expecting a little better service than this.
This is about an upgrade on 0825739345. Upgrade to Smart M with the iPhone 5S 16 GIG Grey.
I did Upgrade on 14 November. And called yesterday to find out about delivery.
Vodacom LOST the upgrade now there is no upgrade on my account. I called, numerous time, get cut off etc. I have proof of call centre I called, on my phone history for the upgrade.
31 Minutes is the call duration..
I spoke to agents yesterday, they were supposed to call me back after listening to my call I made for the upgrade on 14 November, NO one calls back, and no one is interested in resolving this issue.
I have numerous other lines with Vodacom - PLEASE CHECK THIS... so why am I receiving such pathetic service?
