Upgrades via Vodacom Call Centre is useless

They don't have the knowledge to help you, they can't answer any of your questions. The lady there said I can only take one type of Samsung on the contract I'm on, but when I went to the Vodacom store, they told a different story and said there is a better option for the same price at the store. The call centre could not even tell me the cellphone code I was getting. When I called the call centre back an hour later to cancel the upgrade, they said it was not possible and that it is already in dispatch and I must wait until they deliver it to me to cancel it!!! That is pathetic!!! I must now wait 3-5 days for someone to call me for delivery to cancel the upgrade and then only can I go to a Vodacom store and upgrade. I am really unhappy would not recommend ever doing an upgrade via the call centre or online.
