Two of my cellphone contracts was upgraded without my knowledge, while I was abroad. Then when I contacted them they requested that I sent a copy of my passport, which I did. There was absolutely no resolve that come from that and no replies. After returning in January I again started making inquiries on this, and while I was busy with this, a third contract was upgraded, by this time I went mad, how can they not prevent this from happening, they then requested that I open a case with Police and sent them my affidavit. Which of cause I did. It has now been 4 weeks and I have had no contact from MTN to resolve this, but they carry on with the debit-order. The reference number for the calls made to the client center is: 95418339. I am currently again in Brazil but they do have my e -mail address and alternative numbers.
