Vodacom

Morning, On the 15-01-13 I found that someone upgraded my contract with Vodacom with out my knowledge and the person upgraded the contract in Middleburg Mpumalanga on the 20-12-12 while I'm staying in Port Elizabeth I did report it to Vodacom and they said I must do affidavit on the 16-01-13 they'll do investigation and I also opened the case with police since the day I submitted the affidavit nothing had happened never received even the call from even police called giving me case number and the person gonna deal with my case with vodacom nothing came from them instead when I went to pay for my other contract because I am having two contracts with them and I stopped their debit order they said I must pay - R2000 which includes the number that is still under investigation now I'm worried coz I'll be written as a bad payer its not suppose to be written to their system that the number is under investigation so that it will appear to every vodacom shop coz I was suprised when they wanted me to pay the money coz the money spent the is not my responsible, the number thats under invastigation is 072 169 2872 and how could they do upgrade with out my ID and my signature.
