On The 21/01/2014 I was told by an MTN consultant that there were two contracts opened in my name without my ID number and my knowledge. I even checked on Home Affairs website as there is no duplicate ID, I then went to the police station to do an affidavit stating that two contracts numbers 0605267380 and 0605267379 where opened without my ID, knowledge and were therefore (reference number 108459700) as requested by MTN.
I then went to MTN to change my pin as it was changed (reference number 108459700) when the contracts were being opened, I then faxed the documents to MTN more than seven times fax number 0867758888 attention Anita as requested by MTN.
I have never received any communication from MTN, no email, sms, or even a call from MTN to advise if information, the worst service I received was when calling MTN you cannot speak to any manager, team leader as agents are advised to say that the higher authority is busy to give confirmation if the documents were received and you cannot get confirmation that the affidavit has been received and the contract has been deem a application, or the call is dropped.
