Top-up 315 Upgrade

On the 16th July 2013 I went to Makro PE to upgrade my Vodacom Top-up contract as it was due for upgrade. I was informed at Makro that someone has already upgraded my contract and migrated to a Smart S contract. This upgrade occurred on the 15th July 2013 at Dealer IDG0317, Quote 7839128.
I then called Vodacom on the 16th July on 082 111 to notify them that someone has upgraded my account. The Vodacom consultant promised me that they will investigate the query and urgently come back to me. Reference number for the call is S3-TV030-07SI8. On the 17th July I received an sms from Nozi Eunice Masango notifying me that my complaint is being attended to.
On the 30th July I followed up on the original query and was told by the Vodacom Consultnt that the query has since been closed, and he advised me to call 082 1950. The Consultant advised me to make an affidavit at a Police Station and fax it together with the copy of my ID. Reference Number for the call is S3-TVE3LLSFKP. I have just faxed the affidavit and copy of my ID as requested to 0860082082.
Please investigate and feedback on who upgraded the contract and the way forward
