My contract was upgraded without my knowledge

My name is Tshifhiwa Colling Nemavhola. I received an sms from Vodacom stating that my contract has been extended to 05/11/2015. I immediately contacted them n they told me that I have upgraded my contract at one of their stores in Bryanston. I explained to 1 of the call center agent that I've never went to any vodacom stores and the agent told me that I have upgraded the contract and I even received a Samsung Galaxy phone. I was told to go n make an affidavit at the police station, I went n did the affidavit n I fax it to their forensic department and I received an sms to confirm the receipt of the affidavit together with a certified copy of my ID. I was told that I'm going to receive a call from 1 of the forensic agents and it has now been 2 weeks and I have been calling their call centre for almost everyday and no one can tell me what the status of my case is at. The ref number for the extended contract is 8232219.
