Vodacom has upgraded my expired contract to someone who is not me. apparently this person did this in Johannesburg in August 3, I then called Vodacom to cancel my contract that week they told me I wont be able since I have just upgraded. Every month I am continuing in paying for a contract and a phone that I am not using. They requested an affidavit of which I sent a couple of time and they were busy saying they have not received it. I have had three reference numbers since that time. I have not had any Vodacom agent calling and updating me. I fail to understand the fact that I am paying every month for a contract that is under investigation. I am tired of calling the call center and not get help every time.

I need my money back I hate the fact that Vodacom does not know it own customers. I have had contract with the company ever since but today they are failing to verify me. the system that re allocates numbers must be scratched because it does not work it creates such issues. or bring it to me I will develop a better system for you.
