Contract Upgrade without My knowledge

Hello Peter,

Can I get some help in resolving my issue as my contract was upgraded with my knowledge, my contract is due to expire end of this month and all of a sudden a different amount started being deducted off my account and was advised I upgraded it for a Blackberry Z10 on the 21-04-2013.

No one ever contacted me at all, I need the recording of the call where I accepted such, the delivery address of the Item and the date, contact number that the consultant phoned me on to do this upgrade and lastly the document I signed on receipt of the item.

I have faxed a copy of my ID and the affidavit through but still no joy, the worst part is I do not even have the item with me. Can you trace the location it with the BBM pin please, this is a daylight and unacceptable at all. I phoned Elite Mobile a few minutes back and was advised the information has been sent to vodacom but that might take a while before they get back to me as well and I need this resolved urgently.
