Vodacom Repairs is a NIGHTMARE!

I was assured by (a clearly irritated and anxious to go home because it was almost closing time) Enoch (who is only a sales person and not really willing nor able to assist me, "it's not my job" that this ISSUE of me will be attended to VERY URGENTLY. All of this done while he was packing his back pack to go home and laughing and talking in a language I do not understand with his colleagues. Which obviously made me very IRATE. I took my phone in for repair (only the track pad not working) to Westgate on 21/01/2013 Job No 8523514. Vodacom was unable to repair the fault and gave me a refurbished unit - which in principle I have no issue with. I received this unit on 06/02/2013. It worked fine for about a week and then I started noticing that something was wrong. My phone battery goes from almost full to completely empty (red) just by opening a BBM message-strange. When I plug it in to a power source, it is fully recharged within 45 minutes-strange. My signal goes to SOS mode all the time. Every day I have phoned for an unpdate. Spoke to so many people. Nobody escalated as promised. I went to Westgate on 02/03/13, Ronel promised to sort it out. I still do not have a phone! UPSET!!!
