After using my iphone 5 for two weeks my home button stopped working. I have booked the phone in at vodacom repairs gateway on the 07/01/13, and was told it will take 7-14 working days. I have now come to learn that vodacom doesn't repair iphones they only replace them with a refurbished unit. My concern is will my new two week old iphone be replaced with a old refurbished unit? what is vodacoms definition of refurbish?
no way will i accept a old second hand unit as a replacement, i expect a phone as good as mine. If vodacom doesn't repair iphones, then why is my handset taking so long to be replaced? i depend on my phone to run my life and have been set back by this hole issue.
