Got a sealed blackberry Z10 about one and a half months ago. I used the phone for roughly 3 weeks until the speaker blew out and I took it to the repair centre. I waited a week and a half until I was told that my phone will be exchanged. Picked up my exchange unit on friday 10/05/2013 very exited that I could finally use my phone again. When I got home I inserted my sim and the phone was not able to register that a sim card was inserted. I tried with 3 different sim cards (all vodacom ones) with no success. So I send in a broken phone, and get a worse broken phone back. The best part is the phone came with a signed quality control document stating that the phone passed all the "tests". I was promised today that I would have a turn around time of 48 hours, Im anxious to see if this will be true, and very very anxious to cancel my contract. Been a vodacom customer since i was 13, Im 29 now so 16 years of loyalty means absolutely nothing with these people.
