Very upset-unsatisfied custome

I applied for a new contract and took the Blackberry Curve 9360. I originally wanted it in white, but no-one could help me.
So I took the black one. That was on the 05/04/2013
Everything was there and we charged the phone as you are supposed to, and then my daughter told me that the phone is fully charged but the battery is only lasting for an hour.
So we thought okay that it will go away that it will function fine.By the 11/04/2013 the phone was starting again with this battery and it said battery exhausted.
On the 16/04/2013 I phoned the Vodacom store in Westgate where I got the phone and the guy there (Wilson) told me that I need to bring the phone in so they can test and see if it is the battery so they can just exchange the battery then.
I don't have transport regularly to go to the shopping centres so I went to Vodacom on the 22/04/2013. They tested it and said that it is not the battery. The job number is 8798205. Then it was send for assessment. Then another one saying it has been received by Vodacom repairs Cresta. And th
