Hi Cell C
I got a call from your call center in January, offering me a 2 Gig per month data sim card (micro sim) on contract. Because I had just bought a 3g wi-fi router, I explained to the call center operator that I would like to take the contract BUT only if they can send me a normal sim card (as opposed to a micro sim) and with that I will also take a 3G dongle to use with the card. I was then told that in 7 days I would get the sim and the dongle, and indeed I did. After opening the package, I realized that Cell C had sent me a 3G dongle with a micro sim-card (which obviously is too small for the dongle). I then went to a store to try and enquire but I was told that I need to speak to Cell C head office.
On the 1st of February I called Cell C and explained my problem and they took down all the details and I was told that I would have a sim swap done within 24-48 hours on the new sim card I had just bought. Following that I have made numerous calls to Cell C and my sim swap still has not been done.
I am very disappointed an appalled by the BAD service I received from Cell C and I will NEVER EVER take anymore of their products nor will everyone I know.
