I Had a issue with my S4 in November where the phone was giving me issues with getting very hot and battery not lasting. I took the phone into Vodacom Repair Fourways Centre in November 2013 where they replaced the motherboard and battery on the phone. I got the phone back and after a few days found that my wireless on the phone was giving me issues. I took the phone back to Fourways and the manage made some changes and said that should work. This was still and issue and was unable to take my phone back as I was leaving for holiday. So when I got back from holiday I took my phone back and they send this to Repair Centre Head Office. I Escalated to Neo. After 20 days I got my phone back and they told me this is a new unit when in fact this is a refurbished piece of crept that I got back. When I got my phone the phone worked for like a few hours when the sim stop working I know the problem was not with the sim but with the phone. After escalating to Neo and telling me that the courier company will collect from me on Friday at 4PM I waited at home for 2 hours and nobody piched up. I still have a problem with my phone and considering just stopping my debit order for the contract.
