After a long investigation the facts show that Game Waterfall Mall was the culprit. Thank you Wayne Swart of Vodacom for the immense effort you put in to solve the situation. Game replied that there is nothing they can do about it. Word of advice to Game... try and meet your customer half way even if its with a chocolate, it will do your cutomer service/feedback wonders!!
