I purchased a Cell C data contract about a month ago. The sole purpose of requiring the contract is I work from home time to time and need to be logged into our companies VPN when at home. Today was the first time I logged in and the coverage in Lonehill is absolutely pathetic. I lose connection every 5 minutes. I am paying for something that I cannot use for work purposes at home. I need to know how this will be fixed. If it cannot be fixed I would like to cancel my contract. Please advise.
