Vodacom - The Worst!!

I have been a customer of Vodacom for the past 11 years. In September I took out a contract, and received my Blackberry 9720. That trip to get a new phone and contract was! Now about 6 weeks ago, I was scrolling thru my pic's on the touch screen. And to my disbelief a small crack appear on the screen. As I said to Vodacom, I have not dropped the phone and it did not fell. They took the phone in and send it off for repair. I phone back after a week to ask what the status was on the repair, and they said to me it will cost me in the region of R700 to fix the LCD, and that it was abuse. I am begging them to understand that I did not drop or bump the phone. Today, Sunday the 1st of December 2013 I went in to menlyn to find out what is happening. Well my phone was not repaired. The Manageres said to me its because its"abuse" the more I try to explain to the women that I did not drop or bump the phone, the more she roll her eyes, and repeat ABUSE! I lost my temper and patience, ask for my phone, smached it on the counter, and thru it at the wall and said to the Manageres, THAT IS WHAT ABUSE IS! and I walked out!! I want Vodacom to attend to this matter urgently, or I will get
