Have you just forgotten about me, Vodacom??

I am seriously over this. I have been struggling to complete a transfer of ownership for over a month now. You never call me back. I always call you, and then you can never answer my questions. You owe me about R100's airtime, and if by some miracle you do manage to transfer my contract, I am inclined not to pay the transfer fee for all the money you have cost me. Every time I call, you transfer me to another department, and then I speak with people who are unable to communicate properly.
The Cellphone number I use is 0714821538. It is on my father's name and ALL I WANT IS TO TRANSFER THE CONTRACT FROM HIS NAME TO MINE, but for some reason this is taking you forever and you do not communicate with me!!! I have no idea what's going on, and this is now taking more than 30 days, after you said it just takes 7-10 work days. I have never been more disappointed with your lack of communication.
