My ex-wife and I requested a transfer of ownership of a number on a Vodacom account in my name. We requested all of the necessary documentation and asked what was necessary for the transfer of ownership and I signed all of the relevant documentation and my ex-wife submitted the paperwork to the Mall Of The North Vodashop in Polokwane in January 2013.
It is now May 2013, I have been paying for a number I do not use and we are still waiting for this to be done. I have been in contact with about 10 different callcentre and collection department consultants regarding this and I was told each time that someone would get back to me regarding this issue. I was given an SR number which clearly meant nothing because there was no follow up with me regarding this. I contacted the call centre again and requested to speak to a supervisor on duty by the name of Nikiwe Zwane who mentioned to me that a field operator in the area would contact me directly. This never happened. I have contacted the collections department again this morning to find out, since once again nobody has contacted me, what the is going on. I am very upset and extremely disappointed in Vodacom's terrible service.
